Users may request deletion of information submitted through PrintPilot, including AI troubleshooting descriptions and uploaded print photographs, where that information is retained by our systems.
 

How to request deletion

Contact us using the support contact method provided on this website.
 

Include "PrintPilot Data Deletion Request" in your message and provide enough information to help us locate the relevant data. Do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
 

We will review the request, verify the information necessary to locate the data, and delete eligible information from systems under our control.

Some information may be retained when required by law, for security purposes, or under applicable service-provider retention requirements. We will explain any applicable exceptions.
 

Important: Requests involving data processed by third-party AI services may also be subject to those providers' retention and deletion policies.
